| Work activities in this group primarily involve teaching academic or vocational subjects at any of the levels ranging from high school through college and graduate school. They also involve teaching secondary and elementary school subjects to the hearing impaired, the visually impaired, and students with learning and/or physical disabilities. The subjects usually are part of an established educational curriculum, and a majority of workers perform as members of staffs. Tutoring individuals or groups in specific academic or vocational subjects in either an academic or nonacademic environment occasionally is involved. | |
