In order to participate in EOPS, students must meet the following criteria:

• Be eligible for the CA Community Colleges Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOG), type A or B.

• Be a California resident, as defined by MPC’s Admission & Records Office.

• Be currently enrolled at MPC full-time (12 units or more).

• Not have already earned 70 or more degree applicable units at MPC and/or any accredited college or university (including foreign institutions).  Transcripts must be provided from all colleges or universities attended prior to acceptance into EOPS.
