To be eligible for EOPS you must have at least one “educational disadvantage” as defined by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s office. These include:

• Being a first generation college student.

• Being a member of an underrepresented group as outlined in the EOPS regulations approved by the Program director.

• Having parents who are not native speakers of English
