Images from the Deep
Photography by Kevin Raskoff
I have been fortunate to photograph many rare and amazing animals and places. My scientific explorations and research have taken me from the tropics to the Arctic Ocean and from the sunlit surface waters to the deepest depths. Along the way, I have tried to not only document the unique and beautiful animals of these ocean realms, but to treat each species as living, moving works of art. I hope that my photographic work inspires a fascination for the marine world and provides an avenue for increased awareness and marine conservation.
Several of my photographs are now available through the LUMAS Gallery and on Imagekind.
