Library Services 72 - Effective Use of the Internet

  • This 1-unit course is offered over the Internet. The course provides instruction and practice in methods to optimize students’ use of Internet resources. Topics for lessons and hands-on exercises include file types, effective searching, new search tools and effective evaluation of search results. Library Services 80 - Internet Literacy

  • This 3-unit course is offered over the Internet. Lessons and hands-on exercises cover Internet history, access and ethical issues, email, file types & downloads, chat and basic web page creation.
