Computer Lab: MW 9-10 am in HU-108

 

 This is a Level 2 English class for the non-native speaker, which includes instruction in:

conversation, vocabulary, reading, grammar, writing and American culture.  It includes 2 hours per week in the ESL Computer Lab. 

 

Regular attendance is required for success in the class.  Please notify your instructor of intended absences, scheduling conflicts, etc.

The course is offered on a Pass/No Pass Grading system.

            Worksheets on Grammar

            Vocabulary Drills

            Conversation Practice

            Weekly writing assignments

            In-class Activities and Dramatizations

            Exercises on the Computer from the Units in Crossroads Cafe

            Quizzes after the completion of a Unit

           

 

Through the use of the video series and contextual learning, it is our hope that you have greater facility in learning the English language.
