Weekly Planning Activity

To help you develop the habit of weekly planning, we will spend the last few minutes of class each Wednesday planning for the following week, and assessing how you did with the previous weeks plan.

Effective planning begins with identifying the roles you play.  Roles represent responsibilities, relationships and areas of contribution.  Roles may change as your life evolves; a twenty year old might have quite different roles than a 45-year old.

Keeping your life in balance also requires spending time for yourself.  The first commitment you make each week should be to yourself.   Select a goal to work toward in each area.  Be as specific as possible, example walk 20 minutes on Mon, Wed, Fri.

            Physical ________________________________________________________________________

            Social/emotional __________________________________________________________________

            Mental _________________________________________________________________________

            Spiritual ________________________________________________________________________

Below, list your roles and the weekly goals for each role: (do not include yourself here, only your other roles and relationships)
