Welcome to the class. We will meet in two different locations this semester:
Classroom GC 104 from 11-12 Monday through Thursday
Computer lab in the library, downstairs 12-1 Monday and Wednesday
In the Computer Lab you will:
type using Keyboarding Pro
use the Internet to find information about the stories we read in class
review basic grammar
create email accounts so you can communicate with me and others online
A Few Rules For Using The Lab
No food is allowed in the lab. You may bring water bottles or closed containers. The lab is brand new and we want to keep it clean!
Please ask me before you print anything from your computer. I will show you how to buy a copy card for printing things when you use the lab in open lab time.
Ask me or the lab assistant if you have any questions about how to use the computer or computer equipment.
