Flex Day

From Chris Calima:

Hi Fred,

I won’t be able to make it to Senate today. Grace informed me today that she has to attend the COMA meeting at 3:00. I have informed Heather that I won’t be there. If she is unable to attend here is the report:

1.     There is no money available for food for next year’s Flex Day activities. The committee will discuss other options at our next meeting.

2.     We would like approval or direction with our current Fall Flex Day schedule.

3.     We would like to pursue the themes of sustainability and learning communities at our Spring Flex Days.

4.     Linda Pridmore will be speaking with Doug about free guest speakers in the community for our Spring Keynote, since finding money for an off-campus guest speaker has been a challenge.

Thanks! Sorry about this.
